You can send money through GMK in two simple steps:

  1. Register online or by calling +44 208 133 9506. Registration is free fast and simple.
  2. Complete your Transfer
    Depending on the currency you’re sending, your transfer will arrive either on the same day or within 1-2 working days.

You can send up to £5,000 per transfer.

As a financially regulated business, GMK is required by law to verify its customers.

To verify your name and date of birth we can accept one of the following:

  • Current International passport
  • Current U.K. Driving Licence
  • Current U.K. residence permit

To verify your address we can accept one of the following:

  • Landline telephone bill less than 3 months old
  • Electricity bill less than 3 months old
  • Gas bill less than 3 months old
  • Council tax bill less than 3 months old
  • Bank statement less than 3 months old

To transfer money you’ll need:

  • Your recipient’s first name and surname as displayed on their officially-issued ID.
  • Your recipient's bank account details.

When your recipient receives their funds, we’ll send you a text alert if you requested this. You can also track the progress of your transfer by logging into your GMK e-pay account and checking the status of your transfer or you can text our Customer Service Team on +44 794 357 6675 or call +44 208 133 9506.

Once you submit your transaction you will be presented with our bank details. Please send your payment to our bank account using internet or telephone banking.

IMPORTANT!
  • Your payment must be sent from a bank account in your name
  • Please use only the bank account details we provide at the time you submit your payment order
  • For security reasons we may change our bank details from time to time, please always check with us first before sending your payment
  • Always check with us to make sure you have the correct sort Code and account number before sending your payment

We make every effort to accommodate this request. However, we cannot guarantee the cancellation until our pay out partner confirms the money has not yet been paid to your recipient. Under normal conditions, refund of your money may take up to seven working days to process.
