When your recipient receives their funds, we’ll send you a text alert if you requested this. You can also track the progress of your transfer by logging into your GMK e-pay account and checking the status of your transfer or you can text our Customer Service Team on +44 794 357 6675 or call +44 208 133 9506.
Once you submit your transaction you will be presented with our bank details. Please send your payment to our bank account using internet or telephone banking.
IMPORTANT!We make every effort to accommodate this request. However, we cannot guarantee the cancellation until our pay out partner confirms the money has not yet been paid to your recipient. Under normal conditions, refund of your money may take up to seven working days to process.
